Buses and Books and Beautification!!

Sometime last year Danni and I were sitting in Lucile's having their incredible homemade beignet's and jam and discussing our dream job. A bookstore of course. With a sprinkle of plants and maybe a coffee machine and a cozy reading nook. And then we laughed, because owning an actual store was not in the cards for us and we knew it. But a girl can dream right? And then Danni called one night and pitched the idea of a MOBILE bookstore. A bookstore on wheels that came to you. A bookstore that could go to your favorite winery or coffeeshop. A bookstore that hosted events all over town and brought books to their readers instead of the readers coming to them. Was it possible? Was there such a thing? Would it work? 

Fast forward many months and there is a beautiful white shuttle bus sitting in front of my house filled with bookshelves (and books!) about to be beautified even more with some outside paint and wrapping and we are working on booking events in August! And while we are still not sure how each event will go, we are excited to share our book bus all over Colorado and meet other book lovers like us who love everything bookish!
